1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the l8988 platform and all its associated services. These Terms serve as a valid agreement between l8988 and the user.

By browsing, registering, or using the platform in any way, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These Terms may be changed at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of those changes. The latest version will always be available on this page.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To use the l8988 platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information during age verification is a serious violation and may result in immediate account closure.

2.2 Account Registration

Each user may create only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.

During registration, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including: full name, date of birth, a valid contact address, and an active email address. It is your responsibility to update any changes to this information without delay.

2.3 Identity Verification

l8988 may request documents for identity verification at any time. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-approved documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. You should not share your password with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the l8988 support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activities carried out using your account login credentials. l8988 will not be liable for any losses resulting from account theft or hacking.

3.2 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be archived. To reactivate such an account, you will need to contact the support team. Please note that no balance will be deducted due to inactivity — however, the support team may request identity verification.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at l8988 is ৳500 (per payment method). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted — the deposit source must be your own registered account.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, though exceptions may apply in some cases.

Completing identity verification before withdrawal is mandatory. Withdrawals for accounts with pending verification may be delayed.

4.3 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical issue, the funds will be returned to your l8988 wallet or original account. Contact the support team for any transaction issues.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving you a total of ৳2,200 to play with; depositing ৳26,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳18,000 (৳1,200 × 15) in bets before it becomes withdrawable.

The bonus wagering multiplier is 15x. All bonus offers may have specific expiry periods — check the applicable terms at the time of claiming a bonus.

5.3 Promotion Abuse

If bonuses are abused, collected through fraudulent means, or claimed via multiple accounts, all bonuses and any winnings obtained through them will be cancelled. l8988 reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

l8988 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All bets will be settled based on the official result of the relevant match. If a match is abandoned or the minimum playing time is not met, the bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.2 Casino Games

The outcome of all casino games is determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play. If a technical fault makes the result of any game uncertain, l8988 reserves the right to void the relevant bets.

6.3 Betting Limits

l8988 sets minimum and maximum betting limits across various games and markets. These limits may change from time to time. The option to set personal limits is also provided to ensure responsible gaming.

6.4 Disputed Results

If you have a dispute regarding the result of any bet, you must notify the support team within 48 hours. The decision of l8988 will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l8988 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Opening multiple accounts or managing accounts on behalf of third parties.
• Placing bets automatically through systems, software, or artificial intelligence.
• Intentionally exploiting any security vulnerability or technical flaw in the platform.
• Demeaning, threatening, or attempting to defraud other users.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Unauthorised copying, distribution, or modification of any part of the platform.

For any of the above violations, l8988 reserves the right to cancel accounts, forfeit balances, and take legal action where necessary.

8 Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the l8988 platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, databases, and designs — is intellectual property owned by l8988. This content may not be copied, modified, distributed, or republished for any purpose.

The platform also uses content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.), which is protected by the intellectual property laws of the respective providers.

9 Limitation of Liability

l8988 is committed to providing a secure and reliable platform. However, l8988 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Delays caused by third-party payment systems (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or banks.
• Inability to access the platform during unexpected server maintenance or technical disruptions.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or failure to secure account credentials.
• Any issues arising from changes to laws applicable in the user's country.

10 Changes to Terms

l8988 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email or through platform notifications.

If you continue to use the platform after any changes, it will be assumed that you have accepted the new terms. The latest terms will always be available on this page.

11 Account Closure

11.1 Voluntary Closure

If you wish to close your own account, please contact the support team. Before the account is closed, you must either fulfil any pending bonus wagering requirements or accept the cancellation of the relevant bonuses and winnings.

11.2 Closure by l8988

l8988 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Serious violation of the Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information or failing to cooperate with identity verification.
• Legal obligations or regulatory directives.

Even after account closure, the return of any valid balance (if applicable and where no violation has occurred) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
